Linda Diane Schrader

April 12, 1950 — December 22, 2021

Linda D Schrader, 71, of Rathdrum Idaho found peace in the arms of the lord on December 22, 2021 surrounded by her famil. Linda was born on April 12th 1950 to Robert Lee Danner and Ruth Ellen Danner (Rhoades) in Beardstown, Illinois. She Spent her youth in Rushville, Illinois where she graduated from Rushville High School in 1968. In 1970 she relocated with her family to San Juan, Texas. In 1972, Linda graduated from McAllen School on Vocational Nursing. This began her 42 year career as an LPN, dedicating herself to the caring for others with an emphasis on the elderly. In 1978, she relocated to St. Maries, Idaho where she worked for many years at Valley Vista, alongside her mother, her sister Rhonda, and even at one point, her daughter Eda. She made her final home in Rathdrum, Idaho. Linda’s biggest joy in her life were her grandchildren and great grandchildren or as she called them, “Her babies.” They always brought a smile to her face and she adored each and every one of them. From sharing her tea and Rockstars with them, to attending every birthday party or family get together, she made sure she was there and that they all knew how much she loved them. Linda is survived by daughter and son in law, Eda and Ron Darwood. Son and daughter in law, Lonny and Sydney Zuniga. Son and daughter in law, Robert and Debra Schrader. Sister and brother in law, Rhonda and Lynn Laforce. Sisters, Edith Shawgo and George Humphrey. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, Alan, Jacklynn, Amanda, Michelle, Elizabeth, Richard, Erik, Logan, Trystan and Michayla, and 9 great-grandchildren, Brennan, Isaiah, Anthony, Marissa, Addy, Serenity, Bentley, Avery and Jonny. We know Linda was met in heaven by many family members and friends who preceded her in death, especially her momma, who we know was waiting there with open arms.
