Susan Eisma Demuth

August 29, 1962 — February 15, 2021

Beloved mother, grandmother and friend, Susan Eisma Demuth, 58, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, peacefully passed on February 15, 2021. Susan was born on August 29, 1962; the daughter of Earnest and Edna (Kuyper) Eisma. Susan was born in Hawarden, Iowa. She later moved to Milford, Iowa where she resided until she made a new home for herself in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Susan married her first husband, Douglas, in 1979, their love resulted in their daughter, Jessica, and son, Travis. Susan later married her second husband, Peter, in 1991. Together they had a daughter, Brandi. Susan is survived by her children, Jessica Miner of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Travis Miner of Ocheyedan, Iowa, and Brandi Demuth of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho; her step-brother, Clark Meyer of Vail, Iowa; sisters, Lorraine Cenatiempo of Las Vegas, Nevada, Janice (Dr. John) Day of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Audrey (David) Batchelor of Plano, Texas; step-sisters, Lisha (Richard) Beerman of Dow City, Iowa, Tammy (Bill) Stouffer of Reed Springs, Missouri; step-father, Clayton Meyer of Denison, Iowa; as well as two grandchildren, Jocee and Shyloh Miner. Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Edna; brother-in-law, Leonard Cenatiempo; step-sister, Marla McKee; paternal grandparents, Sipke and Jennie Eisma, as well as maternal grandparents, Gerrit and Maria Kuyper. Gone, yet not forgotten, although we are apart, your spirit lives within me - forever in my heart. Susan was a beautiful soul and her absence leaves a large void in the hearts of the family and friends she left behind.
