Alvin Ray Woolsey Jr.

October 16, 1975 — January 6, 2021

On Wednesday January 6th, 2021, Alvin R. Woolsey Jr. suddenly passed away. Al was born to Marilyn and Alvin Woolsey in Modesto, CA in 1975. He graduated from ITT Technical Institute & worked as a fire sprinkler engineer. He did design and became a manager for many years in the Pacific Northwest. Al had one daughter, Sophia, born in 2002. He raised his stepson Griffin from birth in 1999. He also had five other stepchildren. All of his children loved him dearly; He treated each of them with kindness, respect and love. He had a passion for shotput and discus during his earlier years, and later coached for a local high school and his kids too. He enjoyed his time with friends on visiting local breweries on their motorcycles. Al was crazy about pool and very active in local pool leagues. He had a passion for photography, woodworking, Invicta watches, BBQ on the pit boss, a great cup of coffee and being on the tractor. He loved his home, property and especially his new shop that he was in the process of completing. He had many goals and dreams that he shared with his significant other, Jenelle. Al is survived by his parents, Marilyn and Alvin; his sister Amy and her family. Jenelle and his children Sophia, Griffin, Abby, Katie, Zach, RJ & Austin. Also, his one grandson, Xander, who loved his G-pa. A celebration of life has been held to honor Al, well wishes can be written at www.belltowerfuneralhome.co.
