Harold Lee Jensen

February 20, 1957 — November 16, 2019

“Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends leave footprints in your heart.” – Eleanor Roosevelt Beloved Husband, Father, and Friend, Harold Lee Jensen, 62, of Post Falls Idaho, passed away on November 16th, 2019. Harold was born on February 20th 1957 in Santa Maria, California; the son of Carl and Shirley (Douglas) Jensen. Harold left Santa Maria in 1992 for God’s Country in Post Falls, Idaho. He continued his trade of being an appliance tech in the area, fixing machines, helping people, and building long-lasting friendships in the process, learning that machines are much easier to troubleshoot and fix than people. Harold had faith that grew more inspired with the helping hands of Tad Rolls and his family. Harold attended services at Real Life Ministries, and although a quite figure in the church community was never one to let another person down and be a saving grace in time of need. Harold spent his free time in his shop doing what he loved and enjoyed to do the most, tinkering. Ask anyone where he was and you could expect to hear that he was out working on an appliance or vehicle, busted or not, especially his VW bug. Harold was known for having the knowledge and tools to fix just about anything, had the patience only God would understand, to do it right the first time. He would never offer a repair back to anyone if he thought there was a chance of failure, and never did he charge a full price for his time and expertise. This is just the caliber of the man he was. This world is far off worse without him. Above all Harold was a quite person who expressed his love in his time he spent doing things in order to make sure you had running vehicles, and a warm house, food, and clean water. Harold was an easy man to like and love with too many friends to list but Milli and Moe were some of his newest friends, a couple of yellow labs who followed him around everywhere and gave us early warning signs to his failing health. He is now survived by his crazy, chaotic, loud, still growing, and loving family, his loving partner in life, Crystal Jensen of Post Falls, ID; his daughter and son-in-Law; Jeanna Rush-Babcock and Quentin Babcock of Billings, MT; his daughter, Bridget Jensen of Post Falls, ID; his daughter, Magen Jensen of Spirit Lake, ID; his seven grandchildren: Tanner Rush, Shania Guy, Mason Babcock, Rylee Lotton, Bentlee Jensen, Owen Babcock, Kason Foote, and the newest addition not yet arrived: Baby Foote joining us in July of 2020. Harold was preceded in death by, Grandma and Grandpa Jensen, Grandma and Grandpa Douglas; his father, Carl Jensen Sr.; his mother, Shirley Lee; his step-father, Jim Lee; his brothers, Carl Jensen Jr., Raymond Jensen, and Jimmy Jensen; Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Earl. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21st, 2019 at Bell Tower Funeral
