Ronald, known for his unwavering kindness and adventurous spirit, was a man who found solace in the rhythmic waves and the calm of the open water. An avid sailor and fisherman, he embraced the tranquility of nature and the thrill of the catch with equal passion. His dedication to guiding the youth as a Boy Scout master was a testament to his belief in the potential of every individual. Ronald’s commitment to the Scouts was more than a duty; it was a joy that enriched his life as much as it did the lives of countless young men. Professionally, Ronald was a visionary in the field of hi-tech/high-temperature processing equipment. His business acumen and innovative mind led to the development of technologies that advanced the industry and set new standards of excellence. Ronald’s legacy is lovingly carried on by his wife, Joan, his daughter, Denise, and her husband Rick, his son, Lance, and his wife Debbie, and his Grandson Steven Clairmont. Along with those who were fortunate enough to have known him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boy Scouts of America, an organization close to Ron's heart.
