Ricky Curtis Beebe was born on February 15, 1962 in Vancouver, Washington to the late
Robert K. and Claudia Leora Beebe. He was the second of six children, which includes the late
Yancy, his brother, Craig, and his sisters, Beatrice, Bernita, and Claudina.
Ricky attended Amboy Elementary School then Battle Ground High School where he graduated.
Ricky's first job had been in his father's logging company. He was a dedicated worker who gave
his best every day.
Ricky was married to Sherri Allen for 13 years, and they were blessed with their daughter,
Megan. He was the step-father to Melissa and the late Richard and step-grandfather to Cecilia,
Michael, and Adam.
He loved to serve our Lord and had a fulfilling relationship with Christ. He was anointed in his
ability to sing, whistle, and he was strong in faith and passion to speak the Truth.
Later, Ricky met Jean Mercier, and they married on February 14, 2007. The last sixteen years
of their marriage, they shared much honesty, passion, wittiness, laughter, and tender love. He
was step-father to Jessica, Kendra, Julia, Kevin, and Kathryn, and step-grandfather to Laron,
Destiny, and Eliana.
Ricky and Jean moved and settled in Post Falls, Idaho in 2016. There he went to work for Orgill
Incorporated, first in shipping before transferring to inventory control. He enjoyed his work and
had a perfect attendance through the past six years. He was highly respected by everyone he
became associated with there.
He was a remarkable man with a zest and fervor to do what was right in his life and to be the
example in his life. He was a skillful and creative carpenter who created beautiful work.
Ricky reunited with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. He will be loved and
dearly missed by all who knew him.
