Levi Jim Allphin, 53, of Rathdrum, Idaho went to be with his Lord on May 2, 2017. Levi was born in Ellensburg, Washington on July 5, 1963 to Tiny and Bev Allphin. He grew up in Kittitas, attending Kittitas High School and Ellensburg High School, graduating in 1982. He attended and completed his studies at Perry Technical Institute. He was employed as an Instrumentation Technician/Electrician at Rathdrum Power LLC for the past 17 years. While married to Karye Moore, Levi was blessed with 3 daughters Sidney, Taylor, and Danielle. He later reunited with a friend from his past, Connie Doering, who he spent 10 years with.
Levi enjoyed spending time with his two grandsons and was looking forward to the birth of two more grandchildren this summer. He especially found joy in spending his weekends with his grandson Tucker. Levi was dedicated to his physical fitness and biblical studies, and he attended North Country Chapel. He also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his parents Bev and Tiny Allphin of Kittitas, Washington; daughters Sidney Wilson (Nathan Wilson), Taylor Botts (Ryan Botts), and Danielle Malloy (Adam Malloy); two grandsons Tucker and Brooks Wilson; sister Tina Morefield and brother-in-law Mike Morefield; and brother Jerry Allphin. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, two great-nephews, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held Saturday May 13, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at High Valley Cemetery in Ellensburg, Washington. There will be a family celebration at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you hug a loved one and tell them you love them.
