Our beloved cowboy Larry Don Williams, age 66 has taken his final ride to the country in the sky. Larry died peacefully at home November 10, 2013. Larry was a man of his word and a jack of all trades who was given a task and knew the right tool for the job and finished it to the best of his ability and beyond.
He was a fan of John Wayne and the westerns that made him the cowboy at heart that we all know and love. He loved watching the Dallas Cowboys play football and enjoyed watching comedy shows and movies. He was a fan of country music and the era of the golden oldies. He was also a prominent member of the Eagles Lodge #4080 in Hayden Idaho, he also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by the mother of his 3 kids, Sue Williams, and at the time he was living with his companion Joyce Jerrell, both of Hayden, Idaho. Larry's kids; Jamie Mcmillen, her two boys (Tony and Chris Mendoza) of Coeur D Alene, Idaho and his kids (Larry Jr., Kelsi, Dylan, Taelor Mcmillen, Savannah Mcmillen and stepson Christopher Walton of Coeur D Alene, ID; Lowell Williams and his kids (Maddy, Nathan and Ryliegh, Kyle Williams) of Coeur D Alene, ID. His sister, Shirley Miller of Bedford, TX.
Larry's funeral service will be at Bell Tower Funeral Home, (3398 E Jenalan Ave. Post Falls, ID) at 4:00 pm on Friday November 15, 2013. There will also be a memorial at the Eagles Lodge #4080, (1520 W Wyoming Ave., Hayden, ID 83835) on November 30, 2013 at 4:00 pm. This is going to be a potluck in his memory.
