Kristin Kay Erick

Kristin Kay Erick, 69, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho passed away January 15, 2018 at The Schneidmiller House in Coeur d’ Alene.  Kristin was born May 10, 1948 in Texas to Milton and Mary Irvine.

As a child Kristin moved with her family to Oklahoma, and later Missouri, where she attended and graduated from High School in 1966.  She then went on to business school.

Kristin eventually moved to Arizona.  There she met Kenneth Erick and they were later married April 25, 1984 in Arizona.  Together they raised their daughter in Arizona until 2000 when they moved to North Idaho. 

Kristin loved spending time outside fishing, hunting, and camping.  She also enjoyed shopping, cooking and completing puzzles.

She is survived by her loving husband Kenneth of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho; one daughter Karri (Bob) Putnam of Spokane Valley, Washington; three grandchildren Nicole Richey of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, Gabrielle Kaylor of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, and Dylan Putnam of Spokane, Washginton; five great-grandchildren Tyler, Angelina, Aleeya, Sophia, and Deja; and three brothers Mike, Tim, and Troy Irvine of Arizona.  Kristin was preceded in death by her mother, and one sister Candy Irvine.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to Changing Lives of Spokane.
