Kitsy Blair

April 6, 1975 — June 16, 2013

Kitsy Beth Blair (38) Kitsy was born April 6, 1975 and went home to be with the Lord on June 16, 2013 after a valiant, year long struggle, waiting for organ transplants. Kitsy was outgoing and friendly. Everyone who knew her will miss her infectious laughter, quick wit, and her fun and sassy attitude. Always the great organizer, she loved to host gatherings with family and friends. Kitsy was an amazing cook; she loved to prepare delicious comfort foods for family, friends and co-workers. She catered many events and greatly enjoyed sharing her culinary talents. Kitsy was a hard worker giving great attention to detail in everything she did. Her sense of humor was shown in her love of playing practical jokes. Kitsy was always boosting moral with her laughter and playful attitude. Enjoying time at the lake, camping, fishing, reading and taking family vacations, especially to the ocean, were her favorite pastimes. She was a thoughtful giver and loved remembering birthdays, special events and kindnesses of others. Family travels, gatherings and holidays will never be the same without her. The food was wonderful and the laughter and games will be remembered forever. Kitsy was born in Spokane, settling finally in Liberty Lake, Washington with her two children, Gabrielle and Tyler Blair. She leaves behind her mother and step father, Susan and Steve Record, her sisters Kristi Green and Kira Nasser, brothers Jesse (wife Kerri) and Kahlil Nasser, as well as her nieces Hope Carpenter, Kaylynn and Natalie Nasser, and Kisha Hopkins and grand-nephew Emerson Carpenter. She was a loyal friend to many including long time friends Misty Burton and Bobbi Armitage. Arrangements are handled by Bell Tower Funeral Home.
