Jayne Mcneil

Jayne Althia McNeil (90) of Kellogg, ID passed away at her home on September 20, 2011. She was born on June 8, 1921 in Knox, Indiana to Stanley & Gladys (Pennell) Fout. Jayne has finally been reunited with her husband, John, who passed away in 2000. Jayne was a very dedicated and loving mother and wife. She enjoyed the time she got to spend with her family as a homemaker. Along with her love of family, she also enjoyed crocheting and all types of craft making. After John retired in 1981, Jayne and he moved to Mesa, Arizona. Jayne then moved to the Silver Valley 6 years ago to be near her family. She is survived by her daughter, Valerie & Rocky Y. Palmer of Kellogg, grandchildren Rocky J. Palmer of West Liberty, OH; Holly & Chris Morgan of Ashburn, VA; John Palmer of Coeur d' Alene, ID and Matthew Strobridge of North Carolina; Great grandchildren, Savannah Morgan, Amara Palmer, Emily Palmer and Sophia Palmer and numerous nieces and nephews. Jayne is preceded in death by her husband, John , her brother Richard Fout and her sister Freida, also her son, David, as an infant and her daughter Cynthia Strobridge in 1989. Our family sends a heartfelt and gracious 'Thank You' to River City Hospice for their loving care. Their service and dedication has truly helped us.
