Janet Lynott

Janet Corinne Lynott, age 77, of Rathdrum Idaho, went home to our Lord & Savior on October 15, 2019. She passed quietly in her sleep following her long and courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Janet was born Janet Corinne Lang on June 07, 1942 in Albequerque, New Mexico to parents Howard and Vesta Lang. She was the 3rd eldest of 11 children, including 3 sisters and 7 brothers. Janet married the love of her life, Lawrence Wayne Lynott, on October 20, 1961 in San Leandro, California. They soon moved to Fairfield, California to begin their lives together and raise their two children. They moved to Rathdrum, Idaho in October of 1997. Janet was a lover of Jesus and a lover of life. She always had a smile on her face. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She had a unique and contagious sense of humor that brought love and laughter to everyone who knew her. Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Vesta Lang, brother James Lang of Livermore CA, Sisters Ruth Pupillo of Medford OR, and Julia Harper-Evans of Reno NV.

Janet is survived by her husband Larry Lynott of Rathdrum ID, daughter Debi (Rick) Gewecke of Rathdrum ID, son Donald (Suzanne) Lynott of Athol ID, Grandchildren: Jonathan Wentz of Rathdrum ID, Sarah (Coldiron) Tester of Rathdrum ID, Stephanie Lynott of Renton WA, Joshua (Destyni) Lynott of Newport WA, Christi (Casey) McCann of Post Falls ID, & Sheri (Jim) Denison of Post Falls ID. Great Grandchildren: Hunter, Adalynn, Brooklyn, Valmere, Davis, Kylie, Wesley, Bonner, Vanessa, Amanda, Breeah, & Mason. Sister Barbara (Gordon) Chandler of Donnelly ID, Brothers Clyde Lang of Ashland OR, Howard (Bonnie) Lang of Fort Mills SC, Fred (Glafre) Lang of Coulee City WA, Nelson Lang of Medford OR, Clayton (Diana) Lang of Sonora CA, Charles (Pam) Lang of Medford OR, and many, many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday November 2nd at 3:30pm at
