Gayle Lynn Dudley was born on April 14, 1955 in Kellogg Idaho to William and Wilma Scammel. She was the oldest of 4 kids and grew up in the Silver Valley.
Everyone who knew Gayle knew she always had a smile on her face and had a heart of gold and a heart bigger than Texas. Gayle was known to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. She enjoyed the outdoors with family and friends, planning parties, taking long drives, crafting, visiting with many people either on the phone or in person. Gayle raised her 3 daughters in Pinehurst/Kellogg ID most of her life, her and her husband Harry have lived in Spring Valley AZ, Columbus MT, Spearfish SD, Carlin NV while Harry worked in the mining industry and moved to Rathdrum ID after her husband Harry retired.
She was a stay home mother most of her life, she worked at manufacturing company in Smelterville, enjoyed working for home health companies taking care of people in the silver Valley, Kootenai county, Elko Nevada, she worked at McCabes Sandwich factory in Prescott AZ. She became a huge sensation to many people with her job working at Scarywood. She enjoyed scaring many people who walked through Blood Bayou. She was interviewed by the local news station after the first opening of Scarywood, and just recently honored by KHQ on there web page saying she will be missed by many.
Gayle went to be with our Lord and she is proceeded in death by her husband Harry Dudley, her parents William and Wilma Scammel. She is survived by her 3 daughters Stacy Dudley of Post Falls Id, Roxanne Dudley of Spring Creek NV and Carrie Patrick and son-in-law Chad Patrick of Post Falls Id. Her 3 grand- children, Tren Dudley, Alyssa Wolff and Anessa Johnson. Her 5 great grand children Braylon Smith, Jayce Puckart, Jude Dudley, Brielle Smith and Ryder Delbridge. Her 2 sisters and 1 brother Elizabeth Scammel and VerDonna Keefer and Danny Scammel. Also, her extended family the Draine Family and her Scarrywood Family.
Gayle will be missed by many she has left an imprint in a lot of peoples lives in so many ways.
