Gary Yoder

Gary Dean Yoder, 72, of Hayden, Idaho passed away November 17, 2013 at Hospice House in Hayden, Idaho. Gary was born August 29, 1941 in Des Moines, Iowa. As a child Gary moved to Whittier California where he attended and graduated from Whittier High School in 1960. Gary was later drafted into the United States Army and proudly served during the Vietnam War. He held rank of an E5 sergeant. While in the Army, Gary attended church and met Cindy Bartel and they were later married on December 21, 1968 at the Open Bible Church in San Gabriel, California. They were married 44 years when Gary passed. After his discharge Gary worked for Indal Aluminum for 25 years. He later worked for Parker Hannifin Aerospace in machine maintenance. He also owned his own auto detailing business in California. In 2005 Gary and his wife Cindy retired to Hayden, Idaho. Together they opened and ran Kootenai Cleaning Company. Gary was a member of First Family Assembly of God Church in Whittier, California, New Life Church in Rathdrum, Idaho, and recently Compell Church in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Gary faithful served as a member of the Guardian Service Team at New Life Church. Gary enjoyed classic cars, fishing, hunting, camping, and sport shooting. He is survived by his wife Cindy Yoder of the family home in Hayden, Idaho; one son Daniel (Julia) Yoder of Parker, Colorado; one daughter Eren (Raniel) Diaz of Corona Del Mar, California; three grandchildren Jocelyn Deen, Quinley , and Weston; one Brother James Cruchelow of Des Moines, Iowa; one Sister Evelyn Waterman of Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Howard Cruchelow. A Celebration of Gary's Life will be held Saturday November 30, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at New Life Church in Rathdrum, Idaho The family suggests that memorials may be made to the Union Gospel Mission, 196 W.
