Emerald Eugene Buck (Ed) was called home February 4, 2012 to be with his Lord and Savior. He was born April 30, 1939 in National City, CA to George and Sarah Buck. Ed is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debra Buck, and children; Tanya King, Hemmet, CA; Tara Buck, Brooklyn, NY; Tamie (Henry) Berklund, Hayden, ID; Katrina (Peter) Schultz, Coeur d'Alene, ID; Douglas Buck, Post Falls, ID; Victoria (Christopher) Seward, Post Falls, ID; Brandy (Richard) Zaragoza, Burley, ID; Laura Buck, Spirit Lake and Karla Thaxter of Post Falls. He is also survived by his sister, Carolyn Martin of Fresno, CA and brother Bill Buck of Madera, CA and numerous nieces and nephews. Ed was a wonderful husband, father and especially a Papa who loved his grandbabies; Danielle Whetstone, Shaun Diggs, Florence Ruhl, Tiffany Iverson, Raymond Walters, Jennifer Schultz, Justin Buck, Tia Berklund, Brendon Zaragoza, Kiara Seward, Matthew Zaragoza, Brandi Seward, Brittnee Zaragoza, Emerald (Eddie) Seward, Samantha Thaxter and 11 great grandbabies. He was preceded in death by his parents. He loved hunting, camping, reading, watching the History and outdoors channel, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and grandbabies. He was a member of the Faith Ministries in Post Falls for over 20 years where he enjoyed working in ministry and helping wherever needed. Memorial Services are being held Sunday Feb. 12 at 5 pm at Faith Ministries. Bell Tower Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
