Ray is a graduate of CDA high school and started working in the asphalt business soon after his graduation. He was very mechanically inclined and could operate every piece of equipment in that industry from the plant to the roller. He was a very hard worker and loved to play hard as well. He also loved spending time with his son Nic and especially loved watching him play baseball. Ray had a big heart.
