On February 8, 2025, The Lord called Connor, age 3, to be with Him forever.
He was born in Coeur d’Alene Idaho on August 23, 2021. Throughout his short but meaningful life, he explored just about every playground in the Coeur d’Alene area. He also enjoyed boating with his family, mowing the lawn with his daddy, helping mommy cook in the kitchen, being the best brother his younger sister, and having endless playdates with his friends. He was definitely a lover, and instantly drew others to him with his infectious laugh and smile. He was also a fighter, and fought so hard for the last 8 months of his life. Up until his last breath, he never gave up.
In June 2023, Connor was diagnosed with Krabbe, a very rare and fast moving genetic disease, that took out his entire motor skills in a matter of 3 weeks. In July 2023, Connor and his family traveled to Seattle Children’s Hospital where he received a bone marrow transplant, in hopes of stopping the progression of his disease. Connor was admitted at Seattle Children’s from July 2024 until January 2025. Unfortunately, due to life threatening transplant complications, his parents had to make the incredibly difficult decision of stopping treatment to allow Connor to pass peacefully and comfortably.
Though we grieve his presence on this side of heaven, we believe that he is up there, side by side with Jesus, running and laughing, which is the Connor that we all know and love. The memories we have with Connor will be cherished, and we eagerly anticipate the day that we can reunite with him.
Connor is survived by his father, Lucas, mother, Anjee, and younger sister Audrielle (20 months).
