Connie Jean Collins

December 31, 1953 — November 7, 2014

Connie Jean Collins (60) of Bayview, ID peacefully passed away on November 7, 2014. Connie was born in 1953 on New Year’s Eve to Robert & JoAnn (Brott) Johnson in Tecumseh, Nebraska. Connie was known as the “Mom of Bayview” to most of the youth for many years as she raised her 4 children: son, Jody Edward-Robert Burns and 3 daughters, Crystal Burns, Candy Inbody and Melanie Borum. Her family was her life and she would give everything and do anything for them. She lived in Bayview for over 27 years and worked jobs that allowed her the opportunity to build friendships and impact the lives of many in the community . Connie was full of love and kindness to all she encountered. Connie’s joy was found in her grandkids and her love for gardening and being in the outdoors. She loved music and dancing and the moments she was able to just relax and appreciate the many wonderful creations of God. Connie is preceded in death by her mother Joann and her sister Marilyn. Because of Connie's great Faith in The Lord her family is comforted In knowing that she is at rest in the arms of God. We love you Mom, we will see you again!
