It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Cliff, who left this world on Sunday, November 12, 2023, after a hard fight with cancer. He was surrounded by love in his final moments with his family at his side.

Cliff is survived by the love of his life of 23 years; Diana Swindle (Stacy). Cliff and Diana truly had an unconditional love for each other. Despite having a blended family, they made each other's families their own. One of Cliff’s greatest joys in life were his grandbabies. He talked about them often and was so proud of each and every one of them. He loved them all so much. Cliff really cherished being a grandpa. No matter how old they get, they will always be his grandbabies. 

He leaves behind four children, seven grandchildren, a brother, two sisters, two nieces, a nephew, and the many friends who came to call him family. He was preceded in passing by his father; Willie Webb Swindle, and mother; Virginia Gayle Brown.

Cliff will always be remembered as a caring and compassionate man. He loved hard and lived life to the fullest, always helping others. He loved animals and would have given so many more a place in his home if he could. He was a great storyteller and had an abundance of jokes to tell. He was truly a selfless and special person. Cliff leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and dedication. As we mourn his passing, let us also celebrate the life he lived. Cliff wouldn’t want us to sit around and be sad. So go drive a jeep, and go love on a dog.
