Calvin Edwin Mcknight

Calvin Edwin McKnight, 62 passed away at his home in Coeur d’ Alene, ID on March 26, 2017. Calvin was born in Spokane, WA on February 11, 1955 to Shirley Eugene and Doris Jean (Wilson) McKnight. He moved with his family to Minnesota for a brief time when he was a child and then moved to Rathdrum, ID where he attended junior high and high school. After high school Calvin worked in the logging industry in Northern Washington. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, cars and driving fast. His family will tell you that he had a “lead foot” when it came to cars. Calvin is survived by his daughter Autumn Skye Glass, his brothers, Alvin L. McKnight of Spokane, WA, Eugene D. McKnight of Oroville, CA, sisters; Kathy Y. Coleman of Deer Park, WA, and Shannon J. Stout of Spirit lake, ID. He is also survived by 1 Uncle, numerous nieces & nephews and many cousins. Calvin was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Sandra K. Edelblute of Coeur d’ Alene, ID. A private family service will be held at a later date.
