Amanda T. Symons, 35, passed away October 13, 2014, with her family by her side after a long battle with Diabetes.
A loving daughter and sister Amanda was born January 5, 1979, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, the daughter of Treana Shirleen Symons and Richard Lee Symons. She grew up with 6 siblings, Bonita, Daniel, Desiree, Carissa, Steven, and Shay.
Amanda spent her life in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho doing many of the things she loved most… enjoying the outdoors while camping, spending time with friends and family, watching football, and riding bikes. One of her greatest joys was playing with her dog, Odie.
Amanda was a joy to be around. She was very protective and had a great love for her family. Loving and kind, Amanda had a heart of gold and would do anything to give to others even though her circumstances in life were meek.
Amanda was preceded in death by her grandmother, Shirley Ruth Duval.
Amanda is survived by her mother, Treana Symons, father Richard & wife, Jackie Symons, brothers and sisters, Bonita Symons, Daniel Symons, Desiree Rude, Carissa Hohn, Steven Briggs, and Shay Symons, grandparents, Dan Edwards, Bonnie Morris, and John Symons, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A family viewing will be held at 11am with memorial service following at 12 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Post Falls, Idaho on McGuire Rd. Graveside dedication immediately following with final reception at the church.
