Norma Ann Slavik

Norma Ann Slavik passed away peacefully June 25, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.  She is survived by three children, Mark Slavik, Kimberley Jancik (Clay), Daniel Slavik (Rana).  Three grandchildren, Wesley Jancik (Ashley), Timothy Jancik & Andrew Jancik.

Norma was employed at Kootenai Medical Center from 1997 to 2016.

Norma was cremated and her ashes were spread in Lo Lo Pass, Idaho as her final resting spot.

Norma was a devoted mother and friend. In lieu of flowers Norma asked that donations be sent to Hospice of North Idaho.
